We will complete a two stage programme to ensure you have everything covered.

First of all we’ll complete a review of where the business is currently and this will incorporate:

Risk Assessment
Our intitial assessment will identify specific areas of risk areas schedules of review.

Training
We’ll work with you to establish what areas of training need to be undertaken and by whom as well as reviewing any refresher training needs as well as your induction programme and effective recruitment.

Once this stage is complete, we’ll create an action plan to cover the following:

  • Creation of checklists and procedures
  • Schedule of review to maintain compliance
  • Training schedule
